e-Zone ERP Pricing & Implementation plan for 2019

Admin user: With this license, user can perform Functional Operations and System Administration both. It is a full license. You can use any transaction, no matter if it’s create, change or display. The Professional License gives the user full access whether required or not. It includes Users like who performs operational-related roles supported by the e-Zone ERP, who performs system administration tasks for the purpose of managing the performance of the application and maintenance of the latest revision level, who performs any human resources task, including but not limited to administration, payroll, time management, billing etc. Per user license fee is NRS 50000 annually.
Professional user: With this license, user can perform limited Functional Operations only, and not System Administration. It can have only one Changeable transaction, and rest all will be display transactions only. With the Limited User Licenses, the access to various modules and items is restricted. It involves User who performs limited operational-related roles supported by the e-Zone ERP. Per user license fee is NRS 25000 annually.
Employee user: Can perform Functional Operations all solely for one’s own purpose and not for or on behalf of other individuals. User who is authorized to access the licensed software solely for the purpose of executing transactions like self-services, Travel planning and expense reporting, performance appraisals, employee training registration, employee opportunity inquiry and response and Read-only analytics. Per user license fee is NRS 500 annually.

  •   Up to 5  users - 30 days
  •   5 to 25 users - 60 days
  •   25 to 50 users - 120 days
  •   50 plus users - 180 days
Implementation / Customization Cost This is the professional fee to customize according to your business needs and/or implementation support. This also includes training provided to your employees for the smooth operation of your business. Per man day fee is NRS 10,000/-. It is billed as per actual.
Project Preparation Initial planning stage where objectives, scope, priorities and focus area are identified along with participant role & responsibilities in the kick-off meeting. The scope is finalized and customer sign-off is taken.
Business Blueprint Requirement gathering workshops are conducted with stakeholders and functional leads to create a detailed blueprint document. Change in scope and time schedule are also considered (if any) before taking customer sign-off.
Project Realization SaaS user is created and customized based on the acquired business blueprint, data migration is initiated and system setup is validated. The process is demonstrated, project phase is reviewed with customer sign-off.
Final Preparation During this phase of implementation, a comprehensive User and Administrator training is conducted. Thereafter system readiness to go live is thoroughly checked and then phase review is conducted.
Go Live & Support The organization goes live with the full implementation and starts managing all daily activities independently. Final review and optimization meeting is conducted with key stakeholders ending with final customer sign-off & post implementation support.
